Today the crystalline aura effect is not active and the store is under maintenance. Consulted with friends who does not have this issue, so it seems to only affect certain players.
Was in dialog with Customer support just now and was told to submit a message here.

since lunch i lost my crystalline aura and i purchade the bronze pack so my 30 days plus the 3 days gifted were lost in this case also not been able to access the shop since lunch aswell

I claimed my founders pack and used the 30-day Crystalline Aura on 12-02-2022 and it seemed to work fine. However, I logged on the following day to find it was gone, including all of the other items including twitch dropd that I had not yet claimed.
Please fix this!

hello, more than two days have passed and I still can’t use the store and the advantages that the platinum package should give me. this situation is very serious you are penalizing my gaming experience by slowing me down a lot compared to many other players, then I pay any teleport I do because the crystalline aura is not counting, this situation has become very frustrating

I have same and several issues. Its third day.
1- My crystalline buff is gone and missing like 3 days now.
2- My uncollected items are missing and gone from my product inventory.
3- I’ve completed Ealyn’s Gift. Quest but I didn’t received powerpass ticket.
In the video it clearly shows that item I left in my product inventory. And video shows that I’m collecting and using my 30 days buff.
To sum up: My mails are gone my product inventory is gone and my crystalline buff is gone, and my powerpass ticket is missing.
