I just purchase the hat skin on my gunslinger, as I try to storage under my roster-skin tab or remote skin Storage. A minutes latter, I could not find it anymore? So my question is where is that skin gone?
I still have a proof of purchase through Auduction House with my Gold and Pheon.

Hello binhle.c13, since your thread is in English, I’m moving it from the French “Bugs and Localization Feedback” section to the English one.
You should be able to find your skin again after today’s update. There was an issue with some skins not being shown in the storage when sorting by set. This should be fixed. If not, try changing the sort order to default.
