I left a 50 lwl character on the trixion server and switched to beatrice. I made 50 lwl characters again on this server, but I didn’t get a vern pass. Is this a one-time thing or a mistake? By the way, I made a change because you encouraged the server change.

After you use the First Power Pass, a second Power Pass will be granted via in game email.
There’s a total of 2 per account and it can be used in 1 server only.
