I have an unusual question: Where can I find the NPC Aven and Turan after completing the entire quest series on Rohendel? They are not in Aven’s house. Thanks

They are in Aven’s house, but only if you finishe the second “another story” in the adventure’s book
IIRC you need a week of daily Unas or thereabouts for that particular quest to appear
