Where to report errors with the forum/ forum account?

Hello! :wave:t3:

I am having a little issue with being unable to change my profile picture, meaning that I am also unable to get the badge. So, I wonder where are we supposed to report errors or issues we have in the forum?

I tried going back to the welcoming message of Discobot because I remember that it had a link to the staff and it said to use the link if I need to reach a person (That’s a good feature by the way :+1:t3: ). However, although it lists admins and moderators, I am not sure who to contact and which specific person for an account profile issue. Do I just contact any of them? Or is it a specific group of people?

I reckon that it might not be an issue just for me, so I thought it a good idea to create a topic, in case someone else needs the info.

Update: The problem with the profile pictures seems to have been fixed :tada:, so for those who also had this issue, you might want to check it out and give it another try.

I noticed the same thing a few days ago.
Almost feels like profile pictures were limited to a certain amount of people, as there were quite a bunch available at the beginning, and I’ve only noticed people without one a few days after the forums launched.

Hi, same issue for me. I’m unable to change my profile picture.

It would be helpful to have different sections in the forums to discuss things instead of funneling everything under General Discussion

I have a problem, but maybe it’s a matter of the fact that after some time after creating the account, the possibility of changing the avatar is unlocked? Anyway, I can’t change it at the moment, so either the bug persists or I will have this option later. I will wait and when I find out something, I will write here. Regards. :wink:
