so now that theres no queue times they removed it from EUwest and placed it on EU central so now i have to play on EU central servers if i want my characters ?

As other people have already described, the server “Brelshaza” was always under the region EU Central (EUC) No matter from which place you connect in real life, all server regions are available to you, so you can easily continue playing with your characters on EUC.
If you still want to play on servers in EUW you have to start over on this region because there are currently no cross-region transfers.
