Already 17 days past since i fulffilled the trusted requirement on steam, and i’m able to use the social features on it.
Yet i’m still ‘untrusted’ in game and still have restictions on my account like unability to send mail with attachements …
Can you plz provide some kind of explanation or solution ?

hello there! thanks for your response @Manjiro Been waiting for my ticket response from steam but nothing yet, so i’m waiting. I got a response from amazon support tho.
I was told before that the 30 days rule was changed to 7 days.
nothing about needing to wait 30days in steam help and i’m able to use eveything on steam.
am I actually prevented from using my ingame features for a month for something that isn’t my mistake ??
I have many accessories and stones i need to pass between my characters and am unable to do that! It stops me from gearing my character and preventing me from joining many raid parties, and i can’t even exchange them with my friends…
hopefully that is not the case …

@Manjiro I got a response from steam. I was refered to this link trading and market restrictions. as you can see in the link, if there’s any duration i need to wait for steam is 7 days, so it has nothing to do with steam but only with amazon games …

i had some compium at the start. now getting trolled and screwed by them made me know what how they really are.
here too. as u can see they r answering once in 3days or more… he tells me to send him IGN in DM but he doesn’t accept DMs .
I’m done with them.
