Who payed just pre purchased just getting negatively affected

So first of all after shit show was new world was hard to trust AGS, but i was thinking , “dam they are just the publishers what can be wrong”…

I pre purchased the game because i had that 3 days off while working on the weekend so payed to get some advance for my free to play friends catch me during the weekend…

Got the character to lvl 50, then come the free to play release and my server locked server, so friends spread all over the servers because they made characters and one and got locked after 10 min we can´t do a guild like was the plan…

So me and other friends that pre purchased the game moved to new server , start again lose everything we had but i was on fence because still had the chrystalline aura so not everything is bad.

Today i login, no crystaline aura, Really?

I was trying to keep positive, i m used with queues in every single mmorpg, but locked servers and no compensation for people who pre purchased the game, and even do worst to all people that payed i just don´t get it,

You should be offering a lvl 50 character in a new server and all the goods we got from what we we bough and more for all the time and money we lost just to play with our friends…

I had to reroll too. My crystalline aura followed me to the new server in the same region but it did take about 5 minutes to kick in.

I got it yesterday but after the manutention they removed…

Was will man erwarten wir reden hier schließlich von Amazon. Sie haben ihr Spiel New World schon vor die Wand gefahren und hier wird das nicht anders werden.

It’s embrassing that the queque is the same for new players and players who have the character into the server. The best thing is that Amazon should continue with e-commerce and leave the gaming to competent software house. They are keeping their server safe and people is here for queque, spending time, electric energy and patience. I waste my money for the founder pack. I’ll never again spend money for Amazon games. The experience with New World didn’t teach my anything. This time, I’ve learned the lesson. This comes back after some time, the effects are lost temp though.

I’m extremely upset at how Amazon handled things. I can’t even enjoy playing the game anymore.
