Whole team Disconnected Last NIght Vykas G2 No ticket

Hello Support team,
Server: NA East,Azena
Character:Sinnuke

Last night i was doing Vykas on my Artillerist and suddenly the game froze and everoyne in the team could type we then got disconnect made a remake group and we still could not join as it said that you can proceed. I assumed I would have a recelar ticket by now but nothing is there . When you go to queue up it shows that you havent completed etc but it does not let me join the instance.

Could please get a ticket back so i can do the content I would really appreciate it.

For your information, we have a system that takes care of this type of situation to provide the ticket back in very specific scenarios, we can’t guarantee that the player will be receiving a ticket.

Im sorry to hear that happened to you too… happened to me twice now and no tickets were issued in either case, despite it clearly being serverside issues.

I’m sorry that you haven’t received the ticket, sometimes this process can take up to 48 hours, however we can’t guarantee that you will be receiving a ticket, I apologize for the inconvenience.

Sadly in this case if more than 48 hours have passed and you haven’t received the ticket back this means that the system didn’t recognize the disconnection as a Server related issue.
