Nice one haha, AGS community support is an oxymoron for sure.
The game is top 5 most played game with 200-300k concurrent players. If all those 300k vote for Lost Ark, the game would have at least make it to the nominee list. But 80% of that 300K did not receive the command to do so.

because nobody would vote for AGS.
Considering the scale of this game, the amount of support we get is riddiculous.
Something happens in the game ? Support can do Nothing.
Ya know what support can do ?
- restore characters that you deleted
- restore items that you deleted
Aaaaand some minor things. That´s about it.
You lose entries to raids ? Tough luck, nothing can be done. Gotta wait how ticket system will handle it and if it wont, too bad.
The support is like when you go to some company, and there is this little employee guy that has next to no power over anything and he can perform only very few tasks and thats about it.
