I've done everything to get my account Trusted and I'm still unable to do anything that would require a trusted status. I've had 2fa on for at least 3 years and I added funds to my steam account and purchased crystals on lost ark. (This isn't my first steam purchase and I've been trusted on steam for years). This is very very annoying because it hinders my ability to enjoy and support your game.
As some advice, I reckon its better to trust all players and UNTRUST them if they doing things against ToS ex. RMT, there is no need to punish all players because of some bad apples....

Have you bought things in Lost Ark shop? The F4 shop, not just buying on Steam or adding money to Steam Wallet. I know it is not stated as a requirement to get Lost Ark trusted status but it worked for me and some people I know.

When have you spent the money? I had the same issue, but exactly 72 hours (to the dot) after I purchased 10 bucks worth of royal crystals my account got trusted. I also did everything you mentioned beforehand, also to no avail. If it’s been less than 72 hours, just have to sit it out…
Thank you for the response. I’ve just purchased the crystals about 2 hours ago, however, my steam account has been “Trusted” since 2017 when I used to trade on the Steam market. If I have to wait 72 hours that is fine but I wish I could use the crystals I purchased immediately.

Yea I reckon that LOA has its own trusted system in place and doesn’t use Steam, even though Amazon claims it does. To be fair, Steam’s trusted status is way too easy to achieve anyway. You should be fine in 70 hours, although the wait sucks yea…
This is a relatively common issue with the system they have implemented. It is unfortunately riddled with bugs that completely prevent some accounts from receiving trusted status in lost ark despite having been trusted on steam for years. AFAIK there has never been any kind of real fix implemented for this. In the event you are having issues with the system your best best is to contact support on both ends.
For starters make, make sure that your account is actually unlimited. You can do this simply by going to the steam support page for your account.
If you see:
Then you do not have an unlimited account and will need to follow the instructions there.
However if you do not see that then your account is unlimited.
Usually it does take about 72 hours from your first purchase in order for the system to update and in some cases it can take up to 30 days. In your case though likely already being unlimited on steam for a long period of time there may be a bug at play. Your best bet would be to contact both Steam and AGS as there may be something that needs correcting on one or both of their ends.

Firstly, I'd like to thank you for your incredibly concise reply, I appreciate that. Secondly I have already contacted AGS to no avail, they essentially told me they cant do anything and I'd have to contact Steam. That is what I'll do next.
