Guys, I feel really disappointed and sorry for Aero mains, I would love to see the double class release instead.
BUT.
In the letter they literally said “CLASSES DO NOT HAVE TO BE RELEASED IN THEIR ORIGINAL ORDER”. Why are you so surprised about it NOW, if the letter came out like a week ago? How can it be not obvious for anyone that it basically translates to “SLAYER WILL COME NEXT”???
The reason why Slayer is getting released over Aero is because the game needs influx of new and returning players ASAP, and I am sorry but if you think Aero is even nearly as anticipated in the west as Slayer you are delusional. You guys fall victim for the previous mistakes of SG\AGS that leaded us into this state. But it is what it is. You MUST understand that this is better for the game therefore → better for you (if it works out).
Heads up! Take a break or save up even more for your ayaya weatherman.
Aero is a sort of a buff party class and Slayer is just plain selfish dps class.
This gonna bring back supp shortage again and this time way bigger gatekeeps and shit shows!
dont understand too- they did some marketing analysis and came up with the conclusion, that majority is more hyped for slayer than for aeromancer, e.g. more profit for company.

I don’t think most (reasonable) people that want to play Aeromancer are mad that Slayer got released first. I think they’re mad because they have to wait 4 months before they can play the class they want.
I want to play Aeromancer, heck, I’d love to main her if she’s fun, but I wouldn’t have said anything if it was May Slayer, June Aero (or heck, maybe even July). It’s a bummer but I get it, Slayer is super popular.
But August? At the same time as the next raid? And with that dumb teaser that was hyping people for both? I’m sure you can at least sympathize with people that were expecting this class since July of last year.
“Slayer mains” or “Aeromancer mains” aside, I think we can all agree it’s a slap in the face. If you care about said slap, now that’s debatable.
no surprise and even if i would pref aero which is new class with skills etc than slayer who is a zerk but a bit different
but i still think slayer before aero is a better choice and they did it soo all good

Exactly. People aren’t mad because of Slayer. It’s the August release date for Aeromancer that has people annoyed. In addition to that it has the same release date as Akkan, something that they realised was an error after Artist players gave them loads of feedback
Support shortage gonna be worse on higher end now. Lots of full/multi roster supports are dropping a bunch with how annoying it was getting into parties. Artist def solved the low end support shortage but will exacerbate the top end.
