Why cant I gift stuff I want to a friend in the store?

I remember few months ago I was able to gift my friend the skins in the shop with my own money not from AH or trade and I just recently notice I cant do that anymore?

First of all and what could be causing this to happen is, In March, a system for fraud prevention was applied and it requires players to have a ‘Trusted’ status through Steam or Lost Ark in order to access specific social and economic systems such as initiating player-to-player trades, sending in-game gifts and mail with attachments, and exchanging royal crystals for gold. So in this case make sure that you have followed this steps:

1. Performed a purchase(s) for at least $5, where sometimes Steam will require a period of 30 days to have passed from the date of the purchase.
2. Have a purchase within Lost Ark that was placed over 72 hours ago and remains in good standing.
3. Have a Steam purchase that was placed over 90 days ago and remains in good standing.

Please note it may still take several hours for your account to become ‘Trusted’ after activating two-factor authentication for the first time and up 30 days depending on Steam’s clear time.

I’m pretty sure Gifting is still disabled since the issue with Punika Powerpass.

what I’m wondering about is that I have trusted on my steam account and I just bought royal crystals 3 days ago like I can either email or private message you a screenshot that my purchases on lost ark went by fine through steam and everything so I know I have the requirement that you guys at amazon set for people that play on NA/EU so my guess is like that person said in the comments its most likely still disabled.

Yes gifting is still disabled. It does not have anything to do with trusted status.
