Fact is, that AGS has no integrity. They treat EU players as trash - and basically just have Roxx (Who appears to be a nice person, don’t get me wrong), repeating the same empty “We’re sorry, I don’t know what will happen when, and if, and maybe.”
The “compensations” are a joke. Let’s take platinum players as an example.
You get 1k Royal crystals in the compensation package, as well as skins you cannot trade.
Basically this means that if you as a paying founder - spend your initial founder package (including Royal crystals) on a main on one of the original CEU servers - you are being fed off with 1/7th of what you had initially, and skins that you HAVE to use on your new character - on top of the potentially +100 hours wasted.
It’s not so much a compensation as it is spitting paying customers in the face - while asking them to solve the problem AGS caused with their blatant incompetence.
The only real solution is AGS being thrown to the curb - maybe they should realize that everything they touch withers and dies. New world was a great first example - except the game itself was rotten.
Lost Ark is an amazing game, and AGS managed to turn even this gem - into a complete and utter dumpster-fire, with insane queue times - and when/if you finally get online - it’s impossible to queue for content because of rotten AGS servers.
Not enterily true because the aura and the additional character slots are account wide and not server bound. I baught the platinum pack as well however i never considered switching servers because all my friends i am playing with will stay.
I am not entirely sure on the crystal amounts but those are details we can check easily.

I think the biggest issue people have is the current time invested in character progression and espacially the main story quest line. Let’s be honest here… levelling is not fun.
Having spend your royal crystals on regular blue crystals → Spending your blue crystals on Mari’s shop for mats to pump into your main → Forced to reroll on new servers because of horrid servers, courtesy of AGS = Wasted crystals. Wouldn’t you agree?
As i said i can’t say anything in terms of crystals… I only baught the “Level Complete Pack (LvL 50)” for 1.100 Royal Crystals because i thought it’s the best deal.
Yeahhh the whole currency issue in Lost Ark is a stand alone problem. Super confusing at first but once you got the grip, you’ll know how much things are worth.
For me it’s not the leveling perse, but doing it multiple times in so short of a timeframe. I would be fine doing 1-50 again when I stopped playing for a year or so. So the question for me boils down to quitting or not.
Yeah, repeating the whole levelling process would also suck for a lot of people. I collected the Mokokos while levelling so I have over 500 now - no way I’m doing that again. I also cleared all the side quests until Shushire, also something I don’t want to repeat.

I think main issue eu is being neglected is that we dont have any loud (in media community sense) voice. Immagine the storm if similar issues would happen with na and streamers with huge auditory (asmogod and others) shine a light on that? We as eu community should speak louder, spread to streamers, hell, maybe smilgate themselves, to get our fair share of thier game. We aren’t at fault that publisher has made huge mistakes that affect half or even more of game auditory.
Sure, at this moment theres no good solution, since problems escalated too far, but we deserve atleast appropriate mitigation of problems caused by publisher.
Okay, it isn’t technically possible to open whole new realm instantly, with a fingersnap. But why attempts on encouraging us to switch realm looks like joke and spit to the face. How possibily giving same extra founders, starters packs (not this joke of leftovers) can ruin things even more they are now? I can almost guarantee that if we get back founders/starters/drops we had on original servers (all of those we are entitled to, since they are here in my inventory already) and with some compensation similar to galatur’s (but i personaly would we preffered instead of 30day aura free powerpass for account with 50 char on euc server), probably close to half of current euc players would switch.
We as players can help you, ags, solve problems caused by you, but if we do, we expect treatment of equality atleast, not being treated like shit.
Very good point. EU has lots of little voices (us) but no big voices that I’m aware of.
The negative publicity that comes from streamers etc complaining about the game will make AGS act faster, but we need more of this to come from EU’s side.
There is one more thing I miss in here, when talking about too less server capacity in EU:
The game had prerelease packages. A company like Amazon should be able to count sales and they should know how many players have bought the prerelease package.
So what I really don´t understand is, how can it be, that there where already so much too few server for EU, during first 3 days early access?! That even more players are going to join, that did not buy the package, was sure.
I cannot imagine that the currunt issues were not expectable on basis of sales. So was this all calculated to save money or what?
Shame not one of the devs will pay attention to it. You’ll have a forum moderator reply sure… But the devs have 0 intention of rectifying any of the main issues people are screaming about here.
It’s a shame, they kind of have a soft cap of 6 days to fix this (Elden ring release) I know I’ll be leaving.
in my opinion, these fail launch companies should be fined by a high amount of money. government is regulating cars for climatic change and hundrets of thousands of players need to let their pc run for days/weeks just to be able to play.
