I paid to have my main get bricked when Galatur crashed, have the name I wanted and class I wanted with all my founders pack stuff on it stagnate while I’m forced to play an alt instead, but if I really want to I can go to another server where all my friends aren’t and start over.
Money well spent. Next I’m going to pay a guy to break all the windows in my house, and after that I’m headed to the most expensive salon in town to have them cut off my nose.

Paid to get 3 days head start and be out of beginning regions when the flood comes.
As a person not having too much free time, this seemed like a great idea.
Then queues came but i picked a rather empty server, so that was still kind of okayish.
Now i wanted to have my friends join me but the servers got locked for new players, so we cannot play together.
Sure, i can restart and get my founders stuff again but i´d lose 3 days, need to do everything again, leave my guild because my friends (besides the guild) cannot join.
Yes, totally worth it! /s

If you paid to get “ahead of the curve” that’s on you. That’s a concept that even among tryhards is rare. They never advertised a “get ahead of the curve” package. They offered early access and skins, they delivered (aside from long queue times, and the problem of not having a server transfer feature or make the package account wide which would stop people from asking a transfer). The rest is in your imagination.

My friends and me started at Headstart-Launch. Just go in Q with Teamviewer early before going home from work → creating character if they close server like in NW and smooth play after work → win

how do you figure its imagination? when is the last time you saw a MMO that had full servers that were locked pre-launch? ill wait. Do you HONESTLY think these peopel would have even DARED to buy these packs if they knew their server was just going to be locked from the rest of the population? No. ABSOLUTELY NOT!
I’d be better off if I hadn’t bought a supporter pack and played early.

No, I bought my pack because I wanted to play early, and sadly my server got overloaded while I was playing and ended separated from my friends. If if knew it’d end like that I would have started on another server. But all that is not “getting ahead of the curve”. I paid to play early and get a few extra benefits while doing so.
And I know it’s in your imagination, because the details of the packs is still available, and it never said it was an a benefit so you could “get ahead of the curve”. That’s your wording, your issue.
