did valtan 4 times every time i get endless black screen when i tp to g2 after finishing g1 in valtan. I litteraly have to restart the game and it takes 15 years and a half. Can you fix it? its kinda cringe considering i have 6 characters.

If the problem persist once you have try all the steps, I recommend you to contact our support team by making a web ticket to help you further with this.
Please make sure to have the DxDiag ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:
DxDiag report:
Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
Click on dxdiag.exe.
When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

its not from me. lost ark worked perfectly. you guys messed something up after patch and you know it. also sometimes i get giga long loading times
