Who tf cares about his dps in content you could literally clear with 8 true salvation bards?
we are looking for anybody as long as they’re chill. if you are, then you can join us :D. we have an arcana in our group and got mvp on our very first vykas clear.
Arcana, i dont inv any arcanas to my parties as well as you are too reliant on tripods and playing well. There are too many easier and safer DPS around.
Glaivier was super hyped before it came out. After that, people dropped it like flies. I can imagine Scouter being worse.
the original classes we got are meta through every encounter. Noone brings any of the niche stuff to serious content on release.
IMO its most likely because the West just follows whatever KR says and Arcana is not a favoured class there. Scouters will probably face the same issue.
Ultimately, lack of knowledge / other people’s inability to play a class paves the way in NA. Best thing you can do is create a static or duo with a support. That’s usually an instant invite since not many run support classes.
Difference is scouter super simple class so even someone new to class will be able to do well on it.
Arcana on other hand is one of hardest and super squishy.

my assumption is just people don’t want an arcana unless they know you’re really good at arcana since it’s really easy to just be floor pov on that class. gunslingers and sorcs are like that on my server and unless i know the player or they have like demons roar title i usually don’t want them.
tho at this point i feel anyone that has stuck with arcana long enough to be 1430 probably like the class enough to learn how to play it well and a good arcana is really strong for the team so idk.
Arcana does low DPS compared to other classes and bad Arcanas push that to a whole new level. Also pretty sure u need more than just the 3 dmg gems on red skills.

Because people still don’t know how to play the game after months. They don’t know what class does damage, how to synergize teams etc etc. Most importantly they cannot tell when a player is good simply based off all of their stats combined. Unlucky bro, come back to the game when only the sweaty boys and girls are playing so that you can be accepted as no1 else will be playing to fill your spot.

i wouldnt kick you, everyone gets kicked, im 95% qual 4x3 2 1 and still get kicked or not accepted.
You clearly have no understanding of how Arcana works. the whole ‘arcana is fully dependant on RNG’ is literally bs. Arcana is dependant on RNG to deal TOP damage. The build OP has, empress, relies on bursting with stacking skills and ruin skills. The usage of cards correctly and good RNG makes the difference from OP being MVP and being cruel annihilator or w/e You will not be slacking any damage in your party even if OP doesn’t get a single good card in the whole raid. If OP had emperor you could make an argument out of this, but Arcana still deals good dmg regardless.
Frankly op if i saw you in party finder I would take you, but my only reason for not taking you would be if there’s another dps with 5x3 well built and high roster level. Reason for this being mainly because Arcana is a new class, meaning most people haven’t mastered it yet (has nothing to do with you or anyone being good or bad) and unlike destroyer and glavier, Arcana is very squishy. If you don’t know how to move with her you’re dead 10 sec in. Now again im not saying it’s YOUR case, I’m saying if I’m making the party and I have the option of someone who is built just as well, has high roster and is not as squishy or is at least a class that’s been out for longer, I won’t take the risk. Now, unlike what most people say here, the gems are fine. Most people have little to no gems in alts. Up until a week ago I had my 1445 DB with a single lvl 7 gem and 3x3. Never had trouble clearing anything. Building alts is expensive lol.
Honest opinion is most people have a one sided view and looking for specfic thing’s. Its so annoying. Im lucky to have static groups for alts and main. But the few times ive looked for group on a dps alt i was denied.
