The lobbies with on ilvl players need the supports more than lobbies with high ilvl. If I see a lobby with only on ilvl players I just join with my 1545 alt sh and help them as much as I can - you should do the same with your supports. You don’t want people gatekeep you or ignore your lobbies with your alt characters too do you? So don’t do the same bad thing to others - this does not help the community and makes toxicity grow

You can def try that, but i still wont buy a bus, sure if 10-20 1500 deny me i will go to 1490 parties and still get the clear, meanwhile you can wait hours for that 1530+ support.
And we both know this aint happeing

You are trying hard for no reason. There are plentiful of lobbies for a support to join. I would not care if people want to lock their valtan or vykas lobbies at 1500.
By the time such a lobby fills I would have already completed my raid and moved to the next.

That is my question tho. Why would you look for support if you have nothing to offer to except jail.
I’m not following; why do you assume that people need to offer anything? People are creating a lobby to play a game. They are going to put together a composition that they want in their own lobby. Perhaps people will join and perhaps they won’t. If no one joins, then perhaps they will change their mind and take anyone they can fill the roster with.
The only question that comes to my mind is why do you care so much? I personally love the fact that on-ilvl people are looking to improve their characters. You are welcomed to help them if you like or don’t; your choice. I just don’t comprehend why you want to point them out on a public forum and draw negative attention to them like they committed a crime.

I have tons of support over 1520 and I could care less what level people are on Valtan. Don’t care.
I’ve solo’d tons of bingo boards for people. Don’t care.
Will I join that juicer party the second I see it? Yeah. Do I think I need to wait to be carried like OP? Nope.
But it is his right as a support to collect loot on the floor.
Should also point out that people have been killing Valtan on ilvl with level whatever gems and no relic sets for 8 months now.

Ultimately this is a MMO and its community of players will determine the player-experience. Generally, at least from my experience in playing various MMOs, the players in game #1 are the same players in game #2. The level of toxicity in the community is generally due to some game function. In Lost Ark, the topic of gatekeeping gets a ton of attention.
Lost Ark (by game design) promotes gatekeeping. If people check out how the lobby function works, they will realize that it’s designed around the host having the ability to make a subjective decision based on the player character page.
But OP takes that toxicity to the next level by crapping on mokoko’s or casuals outside of the game. That’s the part that I don’t understand when people are legitimately trying. I mean let them play. If he wants to participate in delivering a positive experience for new/casual players, then great. If he doesn’t want to partake and only associate with veteran players with high roster, then great.

Well guess what, in the whole equation you re likely the one being not needed. The more you advance the more skilled the players the least sups are needed if not for the dmg buff.
I be starting seeing full dps g5/6 brel lately, mainly due to the upper statement but also cause 95% of sups are absolute trash. Wont be long before you start begging those 1460 going to be 1500 to carry your ass
