This can’t be on accident. Why? To make people spend crystals on inventory space?

My guess would be that different programmers coded these and didn’t know the item code for an existing pack so they added a new one! Also, some of the packs are ilevel restricted to 1385 or 1415 for no reason.
Inb4 we see “Legendary Card Selection Choice McPickerPacker Gimme Zinny Chest Box Bag Container Jar”

Maybe there is a different in which card you can select. Not all of legend card in LoS set can be selected last time i check my pack.
It’s not just card packs, most of bundled items have different IDs and do not stack because of that, like:
engraving chests
honing books
battle item chests
Ridiculous.
