Why do you LOVE Lost Ark?

Hey everyone! Time and time again I read the forums and see how most say this game is horrible and only elaborate on everything wrong with it. Despite the current issues with the western launch, Lost Ark is a wonderful game and I feel like we need to praise the things that are great about the game. I made a video outlining some of the things I love about the game, and I think it would be great to create a positive thread about things we appreciate. I’m looking forward to hearing what you guys think!

Have you checked out the Legion Raids we will eventually get? They are a selling point for a lot of people :slight_smile:

The game is fun to play. That’s what people like about it.
The game is infested with hackers, bots, gold sellers, possible worse than any game in history, item prices in their store are fraking crazy, content seems to be running out for people. Dev team seem to be incompetent. That’s what they hate. It’s not rocket science. Hopefully it gets better…ill leave it at that.

While I agree with your point about gold sellers, hackers, etc. the Development Team (Smile Gate) is different than Amazon Games Studio. AGS is responsible for publishing the game in the west, and arguably almost all of the issues are their fault, and not the development team’s fault. The game continues to grow in Korea where it is currently the most successful MMO!

it feels like Jeff stuck his head out the door and found some people working the assembly line and said hey guys you want to work in game development. you don’t need any experiance at all. it’s all coded already the computers will do everything for you. just sit there and push these buttons and i’ll pay you for it.

they don’t have the best track record and have definitely already made many mistakes with the Lost Ark western launch. But I’m going to keep my hopes up for now that they can pull it together because they still have time

isn’t there some expression you can hope and one and hand do something in the other and see what you get first. what was the other thing again… :slight_smile: I’m just teasing I still got me a little hope to. Lot more of the other stuff though.

I’ve always wanted a World of Diablo. Looks like this is as close as I’ll ever get to it.

I feel the SAME way! I think this game’s combat has such an amazing feel to it

My love for the game is slowly fading as it is starting to feel more and more like a job. But the combat has always been and still is really fun

I love this game and it has so much offer to play so this game is my second game as super casual. World of Warcraft is main game. I am 1355 so far! <3

Pace yourself and don’t force yourself to play when you don’t want to! Everything will always be there and taking it at your own pace is definitely (in my opinion) the best way to enjoy the game. I play all day but I’m very biased. If you really like the combat, you only need to be level 26 to do PvP!

1355 is great for playing casually! WoW used to be my main game but I’ve actually switched it to Lost Ark after it was released. I’m happy to see that you are enjoying this game as much as I am!

Now everything is in the past tense… until we get better events and support from AGS. I love the game truly when it was on honeymoon period first 2 weeks of game was great!! And just like marriage the more i know and learn about the game… The more it :face_with_head_bandage:

I agree that Lost Ark is definitely going through its growing pains right now. And if that means you step away until the game gets better, that’s ok! Best part is that it will always be there for free on steam to jump right back into :slight_smile:

Unfortunately i haven’t reached 1415 yet and i can’t afford not login to daily chaos dungeons for mats farming… maybe when i hit that threshold I will take a break…
The horizontal progression of this game is Fantastic i love it but the vertical gambling parts Bottlenecking it
