Why don't I advance to Master rank and not appear on the list?

Hello good day!

I am a player on the SA server - Feiton and I would like to ask you a question.

I started playing ranked game since launch day, with MMR 1250 (Bronze), today, I managed to reach 2407 MMR with 56% WR, and I’m in Diamond, however, I notice that I see several players in Master and Grand Master ranks with less MMR and WR than me, and I can’t understand why I can’t advance to the higher ranks based on this data.

Another thing, even though I have more MMR and WR than several players on the top 200 list among all servers, my nick doesn’t show player data from several SA servers.

Could someone explain to me the reason for these two points?

think you have to relog to get master rank

Why does it happen?

I’m training and playing to climb and earn rewards but I’m stuck on the diamond and I don’t make the top 200 list!

True, it seems that the server is suffering from some bug in relation to the PVP Rank, because no player appears on it.
Please fix this as we want our recognition and reward in PVP RANKED.

for rewards you have to wait till season is over… so arround 5 more month

Yes, i know.

However I would like my rank to be correct according to my MMR and I would also like to appear in the top 200 list.

Also, if in 5 months I continue in Diamond, I will earn a much lower reward.

Yes I know.
However, it is clearly in trouble, and who is to say that the reward would come without anyone reporting the correct problem?

Some servers (I think it’s at least 1 for each region) are bugged and aren’t counted/displayed on the ladder ranking. Honestly, there isn’t much you can do to fix it as it’s a smilegate/amazon issue. Essentially means if you’re on one of those servers, you’re stuck in diamond rank and cannot get master/grand master.

I would guess that top200 is updated once per day (or even less often). I would wait a bit before concluding there’s something wrong with it.

Also, maybe there’s a minimum number of games played needed to appear on top200 and/or master+ rank?

This would 100% kill my desire to play PvP.
