Because EU West has 2. Also, THIS GUY was one of those who abused the support for players who lost progression on EUC to play on EUW and made them change the rewards. He will lose everything he cheated himself to, but still, ass.

One of the community managers said that those who exploited will be having the items removed from their accounts
They would need to manually edit peoples crystalline aura times. i have a feeling this wont happen.
You can just use the auras immediately to extend timer.
Because they opened EUW to take the load off of EUC and needed to offer incentives to get people to switch.
Heya, we have swapped out the Crystalline Aura reward for the West Europe login rewards since this error emerged, and we will be revoking the Crystalline Aura that was earned by players through these methods.

Well it doesn’t affect me so I don’t care but for players who abused the system… LOL

It’s a pretty significant exploit to gain a financial advantage - there’s no “fun” involved, that’s a dumb thing to default to.
If you play WoW long enough you know what I mean by the definition of “fun detected” and game dev / publisher changed it accordingly 
It wasnt an exploit, to convince players from EU Central to move to EU West they added some extra login rewards.
Its that simple.
