I have played Lost Ark since day 1 US Launch. Well a few week ago while on Argos the server crashed. I was on P3 and once servers came up I was locked out and didn’t even get my Blood rewards for completing P1 or P2. I only play 1 character due to real life and Time restraints. I was set back but still wanted to play and enjoy this game. I then noticed all of my Nades with the exception of Destruction Nades had a 173 day cool down. While annoying I still decided to push through. But for the last 2 weeks I now cannot contribute to my guild in any way. Not research or even donation. I though Hmm surely I can reach out to support and they will have a fix. Well still nothing and game just had an update today and still no fix. Support said they escalated my ticket but I still have no actual response so I suppose I will join the crowd of many that have left thing game due to the fact it is broken and unable to be enjoyed.
