Why I am NOT quitting the game

going by your post you are assuming it is going to bring in more players and more money.

Servers are back up. Time to play the game.

you mean like all the “helpers” who are quitting and whining on the forum over and over.

No…literally nowhere did I say that, what in the mental gymnastics, how did you even get that? lol

Amazon Games & Smilegate RPG Message From the Team There’s a segment talking about accelerated class release, which was in response to the March road map showcasing Destroyer and Arcana for April and June respectively. It was acknowledged as too slow of a release cadence. Now they’re reverting back to 1 per 2 months.

“Now that we’ve discussed our approach to progression and end-game content, let’s move on to cosmetic skins and Advanced Classes. As we read the forums, watch streams and videos, check-in on Discord, and hop in-game, we’ve seen feedback that players would like skins and Advanced Classes to be released at an accelerated rate. These two categories of content are entwined, which is one of the reasons that speeding up too much is tricky. Existing skins in the Korean version were released before some classes, requiring art and development time to rig models with skins for newer classes and the special weapons that accompany them. Still, we are releasing skins at a faster rate than they were originally in Korea, and we will continue listening to player feedback about the tempo of their release. Similarly, classes will be released faster, and our goal is to catch-up! As we release new content into the game, we want to add new classes that compliment that content. More classes will be available soon, and we’ll share specifics in the upcoming roadmap we’re working on with Smilegate RPG in studio this week.”

I don’t see anything here about them acknowledging that the release timings of Destroyer and Arcana are too slow. Please point me to it.

Is…this part just invisible to you? Because it was in response to the lack of skins + Destroyer and Arcana being the only 2 to be released by June. Saying that and immediately back pedaling to 1 every 2 months after Glavier and Destroyer is…strange, to put it mildly.

crying about not getting what you want is a child’s method no?
sadly no asian mmo ever made it to the west 1-1 content ratio that was still actively developed
not that i know of atleast
and if they did imagine the loss that would cause in revenue, companies care about money not a few ppl threatening them that they will not play the game, they will most likely play anyway
useless threads like that just annoys the players or other users cause its just bloating the forums with no added value

Do you know what meaning I get out of this text? Exactly as it says. Skins are being released at a faster rate than it was in Korea. Additionally, classes are being released at a faster rate than it was in Korea. I don’t know what you are reading that is telling you that we will be getting 1 class per month here.

In that exact same vain, it’s not saying they’ll be released once every two months either. They SET the expectation of one a month with Glaivier and Destroyer. They back pedaled on that expectation with no communication. There’s no good explanation.

There are a few that have reached parity and thrived due to it. There are plenty that haven’t, and fell apart because a waning of interest. “Crying” about being mistreated as a consumer is something I have the ability to do, and unlike you…I don’t just bow to corporations because they want me to.

Like I initially said, it happened one time. There’s no reason to think any more of that. And in fact, it is commonly known that Gold River explicitly stated that 2-3 months was the expectation for the class release schedule when the game launched. 2-3 months should have been and still should be the community’s expectation.

This not immigration, you do not need to announce your intention to stay :o.

That was the INITIAL plan, the one they said they were actively looking at changing, thus changing our expectation. Poor communication is at best the part to blame, not the consumers. Even more so is setting said expectation and then pulling the rug out.

havnt see any popular mmo reach that point so i guess those games were pretty dead or unpopular then
it has nothing to do with bowing or not, just not annoying others by constantly crying, and publishers spec dont give the slighest about a few flake
ppl just like to complain too much nowadays, no wonder relationships dont last kekw

PLS they never said they were actively looking to change this. Please stop making wild empty claims. Never did this happen.

There was no poor communication here. This one is entirely the fault of the community. I had no problems reading the text and understanding it.

If it was the “community’s fault” like you claim…there’d only be a handful of people mad. Don’t act like you’re some Nostradamus, you only look like a Nostra-dumbass.

I’m not the one who is having problems with reading comprehension.

Clearly you are if you can’t see they were looking into changing it, in plain text, in front of your face. I know reading is hard but…c’mon now.

You are simply trying to derive meaning from words that isn’t there. Read the literal meaning from the text and you won’t have any problems.
