So reporting people because you dont like it or “have a feeling” will likely get your fellow gamers a ban that is almost impossible to reverse

That’s a point someone bring here too… If so, I will need to rethink my acts, but there’s not a solid report from AGS that instabans based in players reports are real.

Your whole argument has been “report people without proof because they could be a scammer”. Anyone could be a scammer. The report functionality is not there for your assumptions, it’s there to report actual displayed abuse of ToS.

Please know that I have zero concerns personally about anything that you say. I can’t emphasize enough how your opinion will never have an impact on me in any way. So please don’t worry about that. My comment about the language used, however you want to parse it, is that it was illogical hyperbole not worthy of a response. It remains as such other than to highlight the absurdity of it.
I have stated my opinion, and I will follow the suggestion of AGS to utilize their system to help stop scammers - which they have repeatedly told us is very common among bussers in NA/EU, going so far as to actively discouraging us from participating in them.
If your interpretation of that is “AGS says it’s okay and won’t ban” then you and I have a very different interpretation of what they actually said. It is not okay, it is a minefield of scammers, and it can be and is abused significantly enough for them to discourage us from doing it.
To that end, I will utilize their system to report suspicious activity which they have warned us about just like I report the suspicious activity of suspected bots. I want legitimate players to enjoy the game and play it however they want to play it. I want scammers and botters to be stopped as much as possible. If you aren’t a scammer or a botter, then I am beyond certain that any false positives will be adequately rectified.
I sympathize with those who worry that their legitimate activities could be seen as suspicious and potentially harmful. Due to the statements made by AGS, if it were me, I wouldn’t advertise in PF or area chat to offer bussing services. I would offer those services to my guild mates or use a tool like Discord.
I fully understand that bussing can be and is used by legitimate players around the world in Lost Ark and other MMOs. But I also understand that AGS has publicly confirmed that bussing currently represents a serious problem for gamers using the western client - much like bots are a problem due to various laws preventing player identification. If you disagree with that, I respect your opinion and encourage you to take your concerns to AGS.
As for the rest of us who are concerned about scamming and bots, we will do what we can to help stop it which includes using the reporting tool they have provided to us. It is merely a report of suspicious activity. It is not a decree of guilt or innocence. We are just asking them to review the situation and make sure everything is legit.
If you disagree and believe it is not suspicious, then don’t report it. We can both do what we believe is the correct thing to do. While we disagree on this issue, that’s okay. We both clearly care about the game and the community - enough to post at length about this topic. We just have a completely different view of what is acceptable behavior and what isn’t, the severity of the problem and how it should be dealt with. I trust AGS to do their best to make us both comfortable with the end result.

Now, before I hurt your feeling again, I will have to state, that your logic is basically resolved around “I assume.” which has no value without concrete proof of what you “assume”.
and how do you understand when someone says “it’s okay.” do you read it as “Please report them?”

enlighten me, when did AGS state that legit busing creates a problem for gamers? and how bot problem linked to any carry sellers? what does the law preventing player identification have to do with carry sales for in-game currency?
911 is there not for you to falsely report a crime that “you assume” it’s going to happen, look it up in your local law, falsely reporting a crime is a crime itself. do you take the responsibility of being banned if you falsely report a player?
