there are bus discords already starting to run I’m sure as those start catching on more then it will become less aggravating to the ones who don’t want to see a pf full of busses
No indeed you shoulnd’t use the report tool to report someone that is selling a boost unless they are actually doing something wrong, just cause you think that all of them are scammer/spammer.
What you think doesn’t automatically transfer into the absolute reality of things, just letting you know cause it seems this concept is not very clear to you.

Indeed you need to actually have proof to report someone for beign a scammer…that’s basic common sense.
So when you hear noise that looks like someone trying to kill another one, you’ll wait until that people be killed before call to police… I see… 
What I do:
Using the in-game report tool, I describe what the infractor is doing, why I suspected that as a scammer/spammer and submit (ofc, I block them in my block list). That’s how the report tool works as far as I know.
AGS/SGS will not insta-ban, they will investigate and do further deligences to check the issue.
Carry service will be very common in near future. In kr, carry advertise is being posted on chat every second by different seller. Are you going report hundreds of them despite you have no actual proof? It is buyer’s duty to inspect seller’s roaster lv, gear setting, and guild to identify if they are trust worthy or not too
If so, that will be a problem for me, but not catastrophic, we have a in-game report tool for suspect folks…Anyway, as I said, for folks that are smart, create a solid guild or make in-game friends is better.
Best thing to prevent scammers is that ags supporting api. Since kr has something like battlenet armory, people can easily track alts of scammers and flag them on their server forum.

don’t report them if they’re only sending out like 1 message every few mins and you don’t know if they’re a scammer or not.
you don’t want to just nuke out a normal player who’s just offering to help others.
if someone is spamming chat sure report them for spam, don’t list it as anything else though. if you know they are a scammer report them for that. but don’t be harassing legit players offering bussing services as there is nothing wrong with it as long as there’s no irl transactions.
tho i’d say best way to bus is with friends or guilds yes, but could also use discords setup for it to help prevent scamming too.
just block them dont report, dont do Amazon’s job, they suck at it anyway and punish real players on the way
you clearly have no clue what you are talking about. If you are using the bus services to progress content, you are doing it wrong. The bus service is for ungeared/undergeared alts, for farming materials and gold.
You commonly pay around half the gold/material reward in return for speed and ease. You prog/Clear raids normally on your main. The game is alt centric, this does not mean you have to play each one to maximum build.
They also begin to accrue their own materials, So in the event you want to play that class to its maximum potential, it has bound materials down the road to easily level it up.
Don’t really have a problem with bussing/carrying. But I can see party finder turning into a mire of these advertisements and normal groups becoming buried. It happened in WoW and it was an absolute mess.
