This is true, there is a version of the powerpass, (with a different name) trision pass iirc, which we can use without lvl 50 characters. It is a straight boost to which continent you choose. Considering this pass was removed in later version of kr/ru, I believe it is still possible to bring this back in the cash shop just for the purpose of migrating to another region.
I do agree with with most parts.
But im wondering: If you had Q struggles from the very beginning, why didn´t you switched Servers right away? In that case you would not have to lose so much progression.
instead you added ~120 more hr´s of playtime on a Server, that you knew is struggling with Q´s. Wondering that btw with many people here. Someone hat over 190 hr playtime a few days ago and complained about the Q, while it was clear that he wasn´t affected very much because he played 13 hr a day^^
I can answer why I did. We were officially told they were being worked on, which now seems to be not true. See post from Stooh in the below link.

that was a week after headstart^^ but ok, maybe you had just more hopes then i did 
First post is all true because I experienced that and myself I refuse to go to the other servers because my main is lvl 50 already with 90 hours played ,and I have a funder pack and also drops from twitch all of them, I have also friends and a community on that server. The new servers don’t resolve the queue because new players are coming every day. All the servers are already saturated!!! the game is a f2p so it’s the company who has to eat the bullet not the players who bought the founder pack or the players in f2p. I played New world so I know all about hype and a deceived player based. The company in charge of new world and lost ark made false promise to the people all the time: " We are sorry but we soon we will resolve all the issues about servers and the game itself". So new world is dead and for lost ark I don’t see hope if the servers are saturated all the time.

Tripod Studio / Smilegate RPG are the developers. You need to direct your comments specifically to them and not AGS.
AGS published the game and hosts it. Unlike Crucible and New World which are actual AGS games, this title, Lost Ark, was not developed by them.
Up this post need more visibility.
We head starters are doomed in the crazy 6servers while the others have less than 3k queue max.
Every day that pass is more progress and AGS reacted way too slow.
The ONLY solution is develop a server transfer that can make us leave Neria, zinnervale, asta etc to go into way more empty servers on EUC.

they cannot do the character transfert , it doesn’t exist yet.
Server transfer functionality does not yet exist for Lost Ark, unfortunately it isn’t a possible solution.

And btw, the actual structure of the game is so server transfer friendly ( ofc speaking of the same region) that is really clear they are not doing it cause moneyyyy

lost ark have 1.6 million funder packs , plus 14 millions of f2p players.
so the game has 15.6 Millions on their servers … so servers saturated.
What are these numbers??? Xddd u can literally see player base count on steam.db

1/2 of peak player base and major eu servers are already full. A disaster
In my server it has a queue of 24k every day since 2 weeks .(trixion server) I don’t talk about the others loll
AND THIS IS THE PROBLEM the top major servers have all 15-20k queue while the others don’t have any. This is not normal and will led a lot of servers to a slow death
not the right thinking, AGS host and setup and manage all the servers and the game and it’s databases.
So the fault is with Amazon not setting the hosts up right, they didn’t even make language specific servers (again) demonstrating (again) amateur incompetence at the design level.
The problem Amazon faces now? There getting called out on some stuff that doesn’t add up and the community already has an air of distrust floating around.
So Amazons way to fix that? Say less and less, which screams louder than actual communicating, but it does allow the white knights to preach zealot like love and praise and this achieves splitting the community.
Now Acti Blizz were masters at this, look at their forums? Literally a cesspool of unfathomable proportion’s.
however, the players were too busy fighting each other to notice Blizzard and the state of the game until, well… Billions of taken dollars later.

I m not going to wait 4 hours every day just to connect on this game.
for me is over like new world. They have the players but they cannot deliver the content.
it’s sad for this game. they should let the korean company to manage the servers because
they are good at it is their game.
I’ll gladly answer that question.
During the headstart all EU Central servers had queues… EU West did not exist.
Therefor switching servers to another server with the same queues would make no sense.

If they are hosting it, that means they are responsible for the quality of their servers, wouldn’t you agree?
This is not a development issue, this is a server quality issue.
