Why is this happening

Earlier, like 4 hours ago, I was able to play in game. But now, this happened.

I don’t understand this. I’m just a casual player with 182.6 hours of game time.

Lol did you check again? It’s another 4 hours now that it’s going down

Hey there @Kadiel,

Sorry to hear about this server authentication fail. Will gladly assist.

For this error 10010 we can try:

-From the Start/Windows Menu, select Settings.
-Select Network and Internet.
-In the Status section, under Change your network settings, select Change adapter options.
-When the Network Connections window opens, right-click your network connection.
-Select Properties.
-Scroll to Internet Protocol version.
-Uncheck the Internet Protocol Version (TCP/IPv6) box.
-Select OK to save your changes for the selected network adapter.
-Try launching the game again.
-A PC restart may be necessary.

  • Troubleshoot your firewall. Try adding Windows firewall exceptions manually:
-Press Windows + R, type “firewall.cpl” into the Run window, and then press Enter.
-Click Allow an app or feature through Windows Firewall and then click Change settings.
-Look for the game in the list of allowed apps and features. If it’s present, make sure it’s checked, and that both the Private and Public columns have a check mark. If the app is missing from the list, you need to add it.

    • Click Allow another app…, locate and select the app, then click Add.
    • Once you’ve done that, you need to ensure that the app is checked, and that it has check marks under both the Private and Public columns.
-Updating your firewall software may help resolve connectivity issues. For instructions on how to update third party firewall software, we recommend checking the support pages provided by your firewall software publisher. If possible, you should also add an exception within your firewall software.
  • Try flush DNS:
    -Click the Start button. …
    -Click All Programs > Accessories.
    -Select Command Prompt.
-In the command prompt window, type ipconfig /flushdns.
    -Press Enter.
-You should see a message confirming that the DNS Resolver Cache was successfully flushed.

  • Perform a clean boot
