Why limit skin color based on classes (especially martial artist)

I just want to create a dark skin male martial artist character, but I figured I am not allowed to do so like for other classes.

This is the farthest I can go for the martial artist:

While for pretty much all other classes, I can go much darker, not even close:

I understand different classes can have some unique hair, tattoo etc to make things more interesting, but why skin color? And especially only the martial artist, I have no complain for other classes

enter the color codes manually, seemed to work on a few others things for me. i have not tried it on your issue though, it may not work

Yeah, tried that, won’t work

I’d like to say that it’s for lore reasons, I believe classes used to have some sort of personal story. You have a family on the East Asian continent. They’re pale skinned I guess? But they removed that content. Plus personally I think if this was the explanation then why not say its adopted family not biological.

Essentially even when I stretch the most, I can’t find a reason. Maybe @Maselbart can seek out a reason for us and add it to feedback.

i want a rainbow too!

try taking the select on the wheel and put it all the way on the edge and circle around until you get the color you are looking for it should work?

so…they forced unneeded changes on NPCs models, but they do not allow players to get the skin tone they want… hilarious (oh I remember that forced brunette assassin transformation)

Color code is purely reference atm.

Edit: Hence it should be more user friendly by enabling color ID copying

Sadly it won’t, it’s not the color wheel, you can see I put the wheel at the same place in 2 pics. but the brightness ranges are just different for different classes
