i think what he is talking about is that the new one is better than our cockroach version yes i agree. But ours still worse than the actual original version than korea and i dont think a lot of people know about KR version.

I can understand the motivation behind this ugly decision, but rely on distinguish being a demon, when you can identify it without this black thing, (korean and russian folks have no issue with this) …IDK i think that in this case must prevail the beauty.
Change this please, at least make it selectable for PvP, because that obsidian thing doesn’t serve any purpuse in PvE, just making a nice skin, ugly.
It takes away the texture and makes it indefinable, it isn’t dark and nice is a misplaced filter.

We already loose weapon glow and skins on transformation, give us something nice at least!
It looks like a dark grey shadowy blob sorry but hard disagree.
Let alone looking worse than the KR version, I’ve actually legit had visual problems(seeing what my character is doing while using demonic abilities) during raids on my shadowhunter (especially in clown)

I have done chaos at first and I could not navigate where the hell am I, even the outline doesnt do any help .it is too dark…and really is a hidrance to gameplay
I love how there’s absolute silence around this topic from Roxx. She has the nerve to answer every other topic/issue in matter of hours but this Shadowhunter topic has been ignored for 3rd day now. The disrespect is real

I don’t know what to expect from a corporation that tries to force diversity just to please a minority and hide it by shutting down anyone who says something bad about it when it gets a lot of backlash.

may be a lot of copium but maybe the silence means that they are talking to SG about them implementing an option to choose between the two colors, which would be a good solution.
I think it has become pretty clear that they don’t want characters to turn white when they transform ,while they have zero issues with forcing everybody to turn black.(despite maybe <10% of the playerbase playing black characters, here in euc it’s probably around 1%).
That’s the largest dose of copium you can take.
They did it to the original form, they cooked up an excuse and then went radio silent on it. People have talked about it since then, but nothing was ever done.
Now this new form has a new version of the baked on BS that the original form had, so they did it intentionally. This is not a bug, this is a design decision.
Shadowhunter will be my first 1490 Lopang alt.

Certainly it’s intentional but the backslash is way bigger this time as people expected and were looking forward to the new korean form. Last time barely anybody even knew that the form was changed (them constantly deleting threads about it and banning people helped with that).
It’s sad that amazon makes it a political thing while most are just mad that they made her so dark that you actually can’t see anything of her new form most of the time.
The brown color in more bright areas doesn’t look too bad but if you need to be in a) certain areas, b) don’t use sets bonuses and engravings with visual effects and c) turn off particle effects and lower graphic setting to somehow see her new form, there is obviously something wrong.

True and real. I was waking up and going to bed only thinking about the new KR Shadowhunter demonic… and we got this… 
It’s honestly absurd that there’s not even acknowledgement from the CMs that there’s an outrage. They’re literally acting like there’s nothing going on. It’s infuriating and extremely offensive towards their customers/playerbase.
Even a generic response like “we’re looking at it, please wait until further notice” would be something. But not even that!
