yesterday was an unannounced maintenance
Client patch yesterday, bots had to be updated for it.
After the director’s livestream, all the DPS meter user gave up and quit the game.
They also did a pretty massive ban wave. I’ve made a fresh alt character and have been leveling it and I noticed a considerable reduction in bots on my server. Sure they are still there but barely. There used to be endless streams of bots running back and forth now there’s a couple or a handful. I can even get the quests in the starting zones done easily without any bots kill stealing from me. It’s pretty nice. Hopefully they can keep this up.
I know me and like 200k of my friends ended up picking up extra hours at work towards the end of the week. Should all be playing over the weekend though
