It hasn’t been answered yet, but will both classes be getting a feiton pass or should I be saving it for destroyer?

Obviously this is speculation, but the wording on the update blurb made it sound like one singular powerpass will be provided for April/may so just to be safe I plan to save mine for destroyer.
Has anyone found an answer to this?
