Customization is a huge part of the game, and as you can see on Korean community sites like inven, sharing their customizations are a big part of the game.
Will we ever get the face options that Korea has? The presets aren’t just some settings, they have unchangeable options that determine what your eyebrows, eyes, nose, and mouth can look like.
The advanced options only tweak how big or where those features are positioned.
I think I’m not the only one who is still hoping they can be added to our version of the game.
bomp for this cause they added more hairs and switched faces once before coming from beta to full release, so i hope they add more in the future to have the same ones as in the KR client
you can download and use the korean ones. you just have to open the preset file and edit a line where it states “KOR” to “USA” and then put it into the corresponding game folder
The thing is our version has some of the face presets changed into “westernized” versions, most noticeably the ugly af ones, so when importing KR presets to our version, if that preset was using one of the faces that they removed it’ll get replaced by the ugly ones we have now.
You’d think that simpy adding them and having more variety of choices would be better and a no brainer, but AGS always strives for the worst possible outcome so we now have limited choices and forced ugly faces.
And they did the same thing with SH transformation twice already, instead of giving us the option to choose between KR and our version, they force us to play this version that no one likes and its objectively worse.
99% sure AGS ask for changes and SG implements them, since our version is the only one with things changed from KR. They more often than not turn into shit cause SG likely don’t wanna waste too many resources into pointless changes that AGS asks for.
We’ll never know for sure how things internally works but this is my 2 cents on this, could be or could not be true, that’s just how things look from the outside tho at least.
