Other topic about this had multiple people saying the mage ears was added together with the hair in other regions.
So points to yes.
We just recently got a reskin ticket. Was it daily reward? I think came together with the feiton power pass.
Still have it valid until next year.
Reskin ticket came with a korean server gift that came here aswell so i don’t think this need to be counted
