Are you ever going to do something about it ? Its a simple answer its either "yes we are working on something " dont even need a date here. OR “No, deal with it”

Like how hard is it for a region that small to get merged into another one?
Names? I don’t care about my name when i can’t even play the game… if you give me a form to agree that i don’t care about my name and i accept to get booted to euc while creating a new one will gladly fill it. And i’m pretty sure the majority of the “High endgame players” feels the same as me here
Region merges are not something that have taken place before, which means entirely new tech to accomplish this needs to be developed and tested. The last update I have on this was that it was being explored and worked on, but I do not currently have any further information in terms of ETA or potential future availability.
Merging regions together can be messy in regards to people having the same name, not sure how they can do that unless they just make it so anyone can have the same name but with a unique identifier of sorts?.. but then being unique with your name would go out the window as well.
What we want to know is very simple check fact with the Dev about this so called to be developed tech is already in development or what is the actual progress of the tech?
Like how hard is it to know the progress? This tech have been in WIP for more then 6-month, if there is progress then yes ok, but if no progress then might as well all EUW players quit now and dont waste time there.
We’re not even asking for an ETA about it. We just want to know what is the progress of this tech? Imagine after announcing about tech being developed but after 6 month passed, no news about it and not even a single progress on it, this is pure bullshit and irresponsible.

It seems you decided it’s cheaper to just accept losing few thousand of players instead of investing money and keep them playing.
No surprise here, with this many millions active LA west players, who would care about just a few k less.
I don’t know when and if you at AGS ever realize that fragmenting the game into 5 regions was a mistake… sure the issues are most visible in EUW, but if you look at KR even NAE or EUC don’t look the best in comparison, especially for degen players playing in degen hours.
And even if they may not have big population issues (yet), NAE, NAW and SA not being able to play together is actual bullshit.
That should not be the biggest problem. Other games have done this before (SWToR years ago). Either some are forced to rename their characters or, which is probably the better option, they add something to the name and give them a free rename token.
Agree, the server is so empty that to find parties on monday or tuesday I have to spent half of my time.
Every time is so stressing to not be able to finish all my raids on 6 characters because the last days is a pain to find party. yesyterday I logged at 10pm, and until 12pm i was able to find just a party to do Brelshaza g1-2, no chance to play Vykas or Valtan with a support. This is going to be very frustratring, you have the feeling you need to rush everything in the first 2 days, this is not enojyng the game, it’s like a job!
It is impossible to buy costume jewelry at the auction, it’s simply not available, unlike Central Europe where it is abundant. It’s almost impossible to find a group for a raid after Wednesday, there are no people. You start to gather a group but there is NO ONE! You want to go to the Brelshazzar, but no one shows up! Sometimes you stand alone or with just one more unfortunate person against the world bosses. There is no costume jewelry at the auction or it is very expensive compared to Central Europe. Please suggest a way to travel from the Dead Western Europe to Central Europe.
Take this issue seriously, as many people I play with have the same problem - there is simply no one to play with. It’s crucial to report on the progress of this issue, as it’s essential for everyone playing on Dead Western Europe.
If necessary, ask for help from Korean developers. It’s really necessary, very much so! This is more important than any content patches, more important than Heroic Brelshaza, more important than new classes.
I completely agree with Manius!!! I want to play with pleasure and not stand in line for raids. There are not enough players on the server catastrophically.
