the winter mokoko skin chest just dissapeared from my account and i can’t find it anywhere on any charachter, also i cna’t find the universal storage, i was in a dungeon when i claimed the chest and the other rewards, " Leaf ornamental chest " is here but the mokoko skin chest is nowhere to be found.
please help.
