I just assumed that was intentional, the ‘Developer’ questline is weirdly meta.

I’m pretty sure it is. Unless this person was on the last quest of the chain. I can go to Wisdom Isle and test that in a little bit. I still haven’t completed the chain on my new server so I should be good to test. Last time it took me 40 mins for the Land of Truth only, I don’t have that kind of time right now XD

Which implies it’s intentional.

There is a quest line that guides you to that document, and the whole thing is very computery-and meta. It starts when you get the secret map.
