Why are you talking about your ilvl on a pheon chat? Completely irrelevant. We are talking about the extremely money greedy system of pheon and how we all hate it. The only people who like it are those who think they are special for buying a KSSN and playing korean version before. They think that knowing a feature exists means it is good and wont be changed.

Nice, it doesnt cost pheon to buy materials or press hone rng buton? So the two dont equate. Its about getting good engravings/equipment.
Do you understand the most efficient way to use it? get your bis accessories and be done with it. once, a one-time investment on one character with relics will last you a pretty long time, for alts, buying leg accessories and parking them at 1400 will eventually pay back the gold you spend on pheons and gearing. in a matter of weeks.
and also FYI, later stage weapon is 750g a tap, 10 taps on the weapon = 100 pheons gone. 7k gold for 100 pheons for me with 5 T3 alts = dirt cheap, just because you cannot afford it doesn’t others can not.
calling yourself f2p while having ark pass, main 1445 and alts 1400 lmao, you are just a whale, not wrong with that, just don’t try to “teach” people, because you get there using real money.
if you buy blue crystals you can’t upgrade with honing system
if you use honing system you don’t have gold to buy pheons

A full relic set consists of 2 rings, 2 earrings, 1 necklace and 1 ability stone right?
So that is about 134 pheons for 1 full set. The problem is you usually need a few tries to get a good ability stone 6/6 or 6/7 or something like that (i’m not even considering 7/7). You probably need more because you can’t afford BiS gear because those are too expensive for normal players.
The realistic cost for for 1 full set of gear is then about 170 if you’re lucky. Now we suddenly have a pehon cost of almost 16.000 gold. PER character above 1415.
This would be fine if you only had 1 character to equip… To progress in this game at a decent pace you need alts. 1370 itemlvl alts to be exact. Now what about your other 5 alts that are 1370, they certainly need gear because otherwise you won’t get invited to argos group. Even for p1. P2 and P3 are even worse with people wanting you to have 3x3. You also need it for more damage on your alts to hasten the daily grind.
To gear 1 1370 alt you need 15 * 5 Pheons + 5 for ability stone (so more like 30)
That is 105 pheons for 1 alt. Now this times 5 = 525. This transltes to ~ 32000 gold to equip your alts to progress.
So all in all ladies and gentlemen, we have a total pheon cost of ~48000 gold (depending on crystal price) to “decently” gear 1 Main that’s above or 1415 and 5 alts that are 1370. Didn’t even factor the gear cost into the equation.
why did you aim for a bis stone, if you knew you are not going to be able to afford it anyway?
get a 75 stone and be done with it.

A 7/5 stone is the same likeliness as a 6/6 stone.
No i just showed to you how much the pheon cost would be if you had to gear 1 main on 1415 or above and 5 alts at 1370. This has nothing to do with “resource” management. When your alts reach 1415 you need to RE-GEAR them again so it’s 134 * 5 pheons again.
Anyway my main problem with pheons lies elsewhere anyway.
You cant defend this. Can’t understand what you personally like so much about pheons but that’s your right. If you rely on free given pheons why even have the system then in the first place if you can just avoid it by using the freebies that amazon gives us?
I gear my main + 3 alt and i’ve pheon left to switch to relic gear on my main, by the time my alt catch up i’ll have more pheon with event etc…

I am not defending the system, I’m just mocking on you guys that have management problem and blame it on other person/things.

Do I hate I have to spend pheons to buy stone? also yes, otherwise I would have a decent 77 stone right now.
Do I hate the fact that it cost the same amount of pheons for a bis item and a shit item? no, then I won’t waste my gold on a shit item.
For what exactly? valtan normal doesn’t require you to have 4x3, if people being ridiculous about their raid requirements, get a guildie party or get a static group.
basicly, you can carry your 3x3 engraving from 1370 to 1415 until 1430 when Vykass is out on your alt, by the time your alt gets there, you have already made more than enough gold to cover everything. is that really that hard to understand?
New players didn’t get the amount of pheons that we got. So it’s already bad for new players. Some people aren’t as informed as you about the system. They just bought accessories like crazy. It’s not good to punish people with a system that the game didn’t explain to you. I’m 100% positive that you also made some stupid choices ingame so why do you have to be mocked for that. Leaves a really bad aftertaste.
VERY TRUE. BUT the reality looks different. Especially if you want to do valtan multiple times with your alts. I don’t have a static group for 5 characters so I need to rely on the group find tool. If you play this game you know exactly how picky people are.
That doesn’t make the system any better. This isn’t a discussion about resource management.

good thing is, they are handing out free pheons now and then, and my take is until I get enough resources to gear my alt’s relic stuff, I will park them at Valtan normal.

Double nope.
With 3 1340 Alts, you make 4500g through oreha SAFE.
With 4 1340 Alts, you make 6000g through oreha SAFE.
This increases per 1 Alt for 1500g.
Personally, i have 3 Chars at 1415+ and 3 at 1340 or 1355 (upgrading because i dont wanna waste the million free upgrade books we get each event/week)
With 3x 1415+ and 3x 1340 i get around 20k Gold through the Abyss/Legion Stuff im playing.
This does not include the minimum 3000g from Unas (if 1 char in your roster is 1415+ - 2000g if your highest char is between 1302-1414)
This does also not include the 2-3 event islands rewarding ~600g each.
ATM im getting 24.000 Gold SAFE through my Abyss/Legion Stuff.
100 Pheons do cost 6400g RN on EUC with the Gold/BC Price at 700g roughly.
This means, only using my 3 1340 Alts, i can buy 100 Pheons every two weeks, using the free Gold from the remaining 3 characters for upgrading their gear (since it also costs gold)
This grants me an additional 200 Pheons/Month and a free Crystal Aura, since my 3 1340 Chars are making 9000g every two weeks, which allows me to buy Aura and 100 Pheons every 14 days through these Chars alone.
So… idk, but choose your accessories wisely. I didnt have a problem equipping all of my 6 characters, since we already got around 520-550 Pheons for free so far thanks to events, login or celebration.
Its all about managing yourself.
You’d just be complaining about the gold price otherwise, before pheons P2W players priced good things out of F2P hands.
