Hi idk y’all got this problem or not, but today I have this problem. So I can’t processing the quest “Threshold of Survival” → Talk to Levi. because the npc is not showing up near the mid triport in mid Wailing Swamp location. the thing is I tryna reinstall, restart my pc, restart steam, verify files, or in game like move to other locations and moving back to the quest but nothing change. I can’t do any storyline rn. If I cant pass this one. And also the interesting Problem is I have 2 world mains quest… 
I’m like what… isn’t everyone only have 1 and you need to doing it 1 by 1 or finish the roster quest to unlock the next World/Story line quest?? Im kinda confused and sad rn. Cuz I can’t do any storyline. NA East - Elzowin
As you see I got 2 world i con quest and the 2nd one I already did it cuz. this is a quest before the 1st one. Idk what just happened
