That isn’t a real time scale. Any group that has 1-2 supports will fill in a matter of minutes. The only time I have ever seen groups sit there forever is because they have no supports. Savvy party leaders nowadays will hold DPS spots open incase a support has friends.
When a group is waiting for the perfect players for a HM Valtan for up to 30 minutes, then you can make an argument about gatekeeping.
Like I said, when 10 people apply for 2 spots, the 8 that didn’t get in weren’t gatekept.
Yeah i get it and we all know thats not gatekeep if someone is just faster.
Just the whole “gatekeep” is meant in a situation like " literally 6 spots left but still actively denied"
And ye my time scale was out of the top, i know a group with alrdy 2 supp in it will be full in no time
First 2-3 people I accept need to be overgear/juiced. Why? Because supports won’t join an ilvl party.
Thus, if I can get the first 1-2 juiced, other juicer apply/non-juicer then I can accept a few non-juicer into party. That way you see 3 juicer/3 non-juicer support stil apply. if i start party with 3 non -juicer (1460 dps x3) then no support will ever apply and only other 1460 dps will apply. That is why i only add in weaker player near the enda fter support is done
tbh idc about roster level or engraving 3x3 is fine, I always give people 3 chances they fuck up 3 time, it’s a kick angle even if you’re level 10 or 5x3 or insane roster level
If its typical “alt run” even I might even get called out if I bring you to lobby. Why risk it?
On other occasions ( midnight runs ) you could be in cause theres no other better around.
I mean i only have 1 real alt right now, my main is 1500 and my alt is 1447 with 5x3 and full level 5 gem but only roster 99, would you still go for me or someone else ?
Usually alt runs expect ppl between 120-140+ roster level so you already know the answer.
For other things i.e midnight run or I happen to play on rubbish alt you are welcome.
But you know that Roster doesnt mean ur better in Raids right ? i could have 16 Alts on a 200 Roster and still suck at mechanics since u gain roster through story and mostly horizontal content / tower
Yes Roster is a bit double blade side cuz in cant or can profe anything. But it can clearly show u play alot. But for Raiding is usueless
For Exampel how i go into Vykas HM.
Get your alt atleast 4/6 Relic. 5/6er Gems Maybe Important Skill 7Gem. No RainBow Stats. 4x3 or what many people do 4x3 + 12 Points where second legy books missing. Maybe LOS/LWC.
Yes Titles are the best way imo atleast for what we got… even tho you get them by doing a bus aswell but still atleast you saw the Raid haha.
I don’t have any problems either atm since i don’t have a high Roster i shine with my stats, my alt as i said is 1447 with 5/3 and crit/spec full lv5 gem so im getting in almost every group … i just hate the roster thing, tbh they should remove it or atleast make it only visible for urself.
For me I only think those who have roster 210+ are guaranteed to do 6x legion raids on 6 chars+ every week. Why? Because normal story/horizontal even on 12 chars doesn’t get you to 210+ at this point in time.
When you in the roster 90-roster 190 region, it could be horizontal/story or raids or a mix of both. TLDR roster 190 same as roster 90 for me
So I don’t look at roster, but if I see very high roster 210+ I know they’re likely a big raider as well as horizontal player (full min maxer).
they give like 4k+ alongside argos boss rushes, etc. It’s the main source of repeatable roster xp. After a while what you get from horizontal and story is gone since you’re done. That brings you to the 180~ish roster level as I said with 12+ char full stories and pretty much completed horizontal
Unless someone is deliberately chasing roster xp doing tower (which is rare) you don’t get 210+ without weekly raids
