Wrong character skin redemption

I just made my first big mistake in Lost Ark after playing 200 hours the last few weeks.

I redeemed a skin chest that dropped on my alt character (400) instead of my main (1040) and I’m absolutely gutted with disappointment.

I know this is a long shot but are is there any help available for idiots like me? :frowning:

Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us, I’m so sorry to hear that you claimed the skin on the wrong character, I understand this can be frustrating.

Unfortunately, once you claim a skin, it becomes character bound, meaning that it will only apply to said character and is not transferable. I apologize for the inconvenience.

i know there’s no way in game but it was just in case an admin or Game master had the ability to return it to a boxed state. Thanks for your reply anyway.
