Hi, I accidentally purchased the wrong Item Level Chest Reward on my alt account.
I have not yet opened the chest, is it possible to have that refunded so that I can buy the appropriate chest?

Unfortunetly we don’t have a way to refund the item, purchases once made through the Lost Ark Shop are non-reversible, means they cannot be cancelled or refunded at any point of time. I apologize for the inconvenience.
