I contacted your support and they informed me that they were unable to refund the item due to using the ticket, but I didn’t even remove it from the cash shop’s “claim” box, so I didn’t use it.

Wouldn’t a simple ticket exchange be possible? It’s the first MMO I’ve seen this kind of thing by the admin… I don’t want to be refunded for the purchase, I just want to exchange one ticket for another.

Could you tell me in which term what you have been telling me is described? The link you gave me doesn’t have anything about it.
And in other terms of the game I also saw absolutely nothing about this type of situation that leaves you unable to make this switch.
