I am sorry to hear you made this mistake on your purchase but, unfortunately, the information given to you by Email support was correct: Lost Ark purchases are nonrefundable, including in-game purchases made through your Steam Wallet. I’m sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.]

Wouldn’t a simple ticket exchange be possible? It’s the first MMO I’ve seen this kind of thing by the admin… I don’t want to be refunded for the purchase, I just want to exchange one ticket for another.
