Wrong purchasing currency

Hello,
I tried to purchase royal crystal and the currency shows in Russian ruble, but my steam account is in USD
I made 2 web tickets but didn’t receive a response.

i tried steam but in the end it says

Is the shop down ? for some reason I cand buy cristals it says purchase failed. Or is it on steam end?

Yeah I’m currently seeing several reports that the shop isn’t working. What server and region are you?

I am glad to hear the initial problem has been corrected. As far as items in the shop, these may vary from time to time so it sounds likely that, if you are not seeing it in the shop, it has been temporarily removed.

  1. Go to Steam and then to your Account Details. Under the STORE & PURCHASE HISTORY, ensure you have the correct country selected.
  2. Make sure you are not connecting using any kind of VPN or proxy redirects and that your network provider or ISP is not redirecting your connection through any foreign location.
  3. Clear your Steam Cache.

If the issue persists, this scenario will require our tech team to look into your logs and follow up directly with other possibly sensitive account information that is best not posted on the forums so it would be better if you could please create a web ticket by going to Contact Us | Amazon Games.
