i was planing to purshase the ark pass and 3 character slots, i managed to get the ark pass and when i bought the slot i check i found out that i purshased the Reskin tickets instead by mistake. i didn’t claim any, is there a possibility to get Royal crystals refund?

Regarding your concern Lost Ark purchases are nonrefundable, including in-game purchases for crystals or made through your Steam Wallet.
