I claim the first prime gaming loot the month he came out, but the next one that I did last week changed the steam account he will send for no reason, now the loot is my cousin’s steam account that doesn’t have access to my amazon account nor the game, is there a way that I can “reclaim” the loot for the right account ( I change back in the website already) if my cousin account won’t claim to use the loot in-game (he doesn’t have the game installed)? any help will be appreciated.

I am sorry to learn that your loot has been delivered to incorrect steam account.
The prime gaming loot can only be claimed once per amazon account i.e. each content drop may only be redeemed once per Amazon and Steam account.Therefore, as of now we do not have any other alternative for this loot, however I would recommend you to make sure you link the correct steam account to your prime gaming account, so that your next loot gets delivered to correct account.
