at the time of selecting the ticket I don’t understand English and unfortunately I ended up opening the Login Events box and automatically got the entry for the tier 2 boss rush being that I am tier 3 . I would like to know if support can switch to tier 3.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to switch the tickets manually from our end once they are claimed.
For future claims, I’d suggest you to hover your mouse over the tickets to check which Tier they are before claiming them.
