Wrong weapon skin from 2nd Platinum Founders Pack

Hello. So after opening 2nd plat pack on my striker instead of Aeons Aura Gauntlets skin from Founder Set I received Destined Aura Gauntlets (which is the one from Hermit Skin Set available in shop). Now I’m sitting with 2 copies of the same skin. Anyone got the same problem? Can it be fixed in any way?

I got the same problem, no idea why it happens. I think it might be striker-only issue. I sent a ticket to Amazon support, hope they answer something

same here just spoke with live chat and they said that its the one we get but that makes zero sense because the blue and red ones are from the cash shop not the founders packs???

As per Customer Support advice if you were affected by this bug please type your IGN and server in this thread while the matter is investigated.

Same story… all my friend opened there founder platinum and received Aeons aura Gauntlet so i did open my 2nd founder pack for this striker skin and received Destined one… the one i got from my hermit skin already…
