Hello, I am a french player on Eu Central who bought the 100€ platinum pack and went from the trixion server to Calvassius who had lower population. I claimed the first plat pack on Trixion and the second on Calvassius.
(1) My main issue is on the character named laemoth is that while i did receive the second founder pack, it had the wrong weapon skin it as you can see on the screens.
I am sure I am not mistaken since I did receive the right striker gauntlet weapon skin (red black) on Trixion during the 3 day head start and I did not buy the skin in the shop which has the (blue orange) wrong gauntlet skin I’ve been given on Calvassius.
The problem is not visual, the item name is the wrong one too.
This is the main issue I hope you can take care of first.
(2) Then I used 1100 royal crystal on Trixion to get this pack that gives a total of 2600 blue crystals, I definitely want those royals crystals refundded on my current server otherwise it is 100% wasted and I definitely wouldn’t have spent it if i knew how big of a mess the launch would be.
(3) I sincerely hope you can deplace the rewards I got from the prime gaming membership on my current server, else I would definitely cancel it. (1000 amethyst stone, crystaline aura 3 days)
(4) I also want to get on the only server I am now playing on (Calvassius) that twitch drop fox familiar I claimed on Trixion.
(5) lastly, I am frustrated I am getting only half of the platinum packs rewards compared to someone who didn’t have to switch server and restart anew to play with friends because of a terrible launch experience, so I hope you can delete everything I own on Trixion (characters, items, blue crystals etc…) to give me another plat pack on Calvassius.
That would be fair, I payed 100 euro I don’t see why I should get only half the reward, others did get, loose ingame currency spent early (royal crystals) and loose gift redeemed (amazon prime gaming, twitch) not even counting delayed account progression.

Resume if nothing is done by amazon game studio and smilegate:
- lost 1100 royal crystal valued at 11€ by paying for content on a server I had to leave 2 days later
- lost about 40€ of content by receiving a single platinum pack while others have 2 and probably more if the duplicated pack issue has not been fully been taken care of, which I imagine to be the case.
- lost 7€ by taking the prime gaming membership and receiving rewards I no longer have access to. (Will cancel it if nothing is done)
- lost 3 days of playing time on Trixion before having to switch server to play with friends.
- lost 4 hours watching twitch to get a rewards
- got the wrong skin wich by the way has a way lower value and hence didn’t receive the content I paid for.
At that point your answer will directly affect if I continue to play the game or if i have to discuss a refund with amazon and steam, considering the current state of the servers in Eu central and I’m a good client from the start with the platinum founder pack.
