WTB a relic necklace 90+ quality Spec/Crit , Adrenaline 5 , second engraving does not matter.
Negatives allowed: Defense 1-2, ATK POW 1-2, ATK SPD 1, MS 1,
Going to pay 8-12K depending on quality 90-100.
